Orders placed by Wednesday, September 16 (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9) will be shipped by Friday, September 18.

Orders placed after that date will be shipped sequentially starting from Friday, September 25. If you need your order urgently, please place your order as early as possible.

Before and after the holiday period, we will prioritize order processing and shipping. Therefore, we may not be able to respond to email inquiries during this time.

We also welcome small-quantity orders.

Please note that we are closed every Saturday, Sunday, and on Japanese national holidays.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, year-round.

For orders placed by 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (GMT+9) on business days, we will photograph the items once they are prepared for shipment and send the images to your registered email address for confirmation.
If there are no issues, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

All shipments are sent from Japan via DHL.
Once the order has been dispatched, customs procedures must be handled directly between DHL and the customer.
If these procedures are not completed successfully, the package may be returned to us.
Please make sure to provide accurate email and phone contact information, as DHL may need to reach you.
If we cannot contact you and the package is returned to us, we will refund only the product price, not the shipping cost.
